Multi-Spindle Automatic Winding Machines

Equipped with 8-, 10-, and 12-spindle automatic winding machines, our production lines can switch spindle configurations according to product size and complete automatic loading, unloading, winding, and taping.

The equipment supports Flyback, LLC, PFC, and high-power ATQ / EQ Series, improving winding precision, production efficiency, and batch consistency.

Laser Wire Stripping Machine

Uses laser technology to quickly remove insulation from wires, reducing the risk of conductor damage caused by mechanical stripping while improving consistency in stripping position and length.

Automatic Testing Machine

After raw materials such as cores, bobbins, wires, tapes, and adhesives arrive at the factory, they are inspected for compliance with material specifications, appearance, dimensions, environmental requirements, and electrical characteristics.

Based on product drawings and winding specifications, parameters such as turn count, wire diameter, tension, winding direction, and interlayer structure are set to complete the primary and secondary windings.

Our quality control process covers IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).

Magnetic core loss testing and RoHS material inspection are conducted throughout the process to strengthen defect prevention from incoming materials to final shipment.
