A high-frequency transformer serves as the “power heart” inside many electronic devices we use every day, including AI servers, gaming laptops, and smart home appliances.
Drawing on 30 years of R&D and design experience within the TDK system, HENG TAI SHENG INTELLIGENT combines customized patented anti-short-circuit structures with independently developed high-performance magnetic cores. This design helps reduce insulation damage and performance degradation under high-load operating conditions, supporting a stable, efficient, and reliable power supply over the long term.
It is an essential yet often unseen technology behind today’s intelligent devices and cloud data centers.
Our portfolio includes high-power ATQ, Flyback, LLC/PFC, and EC/EG Series transformers, providing customized high-frequency solutions from 15W to 5500W for AI servers, high-performance laptops, smart appliances, and other power applications.
From collaborative design and 3D-printed samples to proprietary short-circuit prevention structures and automated production, HENG TAI SHENG INTELLIGENT develops solutions tailored to each customer’s space, safety, and performance requirements. Our manufacturing processes follow IATF 16949 and UL insulation system standards to support consistent quality, reliability, and safety.
